Conditions Terms of delivery and payment Delivery is at the buyer’s own risk plus any packaging and shipping costs incurred. Backorders will be delivered free of charge as soon as possible. Claims for damages from delivery backlogs are not recognized. The delivered goods remain our property until all deliveries have been paid in full. Payments must be made net within 30 days. Discount currencies require an individual agreement that is linked to requirements.
We do not grant discounts to customers who have payment arrears. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the purchaser will receive it without a special reminder – in accordance with § 286 Abs. II, III BGB in default. If the buyer is in arrears with us with payment obligations, all existing claims become due immediately.
From the onset of default, we charge default interest of 8% p.a. above the respective base rate of the Bundesbank and all costs arising from payment reminders. We reserve the right to claim higher damage caused by delay. If it turns out that the buyer’s credit relationships are not suitable for granting the loan, we are entitled to claim advance payment or security due to claims due from all existing contracts and to refuse performance until the advance payment or security. Munich is the agreed place of jurisdiction.
Versions for viewing can only be sent to customers who participate in the direct debit procedure (Sepa direct debit).
A maximum of 3 versions can be ordered for viewing. When returning the complete selection, a processing fee of € 5 per version will be charged. Postage costs will not be reimbursed.
A credit note can only be given for faultless goods that have been ordered and returned for inspection.
Flawless goods mean that the frames are returned completely and in their original condition, with the corresponding support lenses and without pricing. (Price labels) Custom designs are non-returnable. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal: Selection shipments can be returned to us within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Frames orders at trade fairs and from representatives are excluded from the return. Notices of defects must be reported immediately, at the latest within eight days after receipt of the delivery. Otherwise, the defective version can only be repaired. Returns of goods can only be processed with attached invoice copies without additional fees (if applicable, 4, – € allowance).
Complaints: The warranty period is two years after our invoice date has been issued.
Worn glasses frames are non-returnable according to the MPG.
Defective and already worn customer versions that are within the warranty obligation must be sent in for an assessment.
